It depends on sizes and portions. You say 4 pieces of curry chicken... How large were the pieces of curry chicken? If you eat meat, you can easily have up to 6oz of meat a day. A raisin scone,so long as it has no trans fat,is actually pretty good for you.
Thai soup is a little heavy on sodium, which can cause water retention (which therefore causes bloat and makes you feel and appear to be heavier than you are),but it's not entirely bad itself.
Wow. Lots of apples. Good job!
Oatmeal depends upon how it was made. Was it just water, straight out of the paper can? Was it sugar-covered instant from a packet? Oatmeal is fantastic for your arteries no matter how you eat it,but... Honestly, since you like apples so much? Try making your oatmeal straight from the cardboard carton with plain old water. Once that's done, sweeten it with some all-natural clover honey or cinnamon and slice some apples onto it. It's FANTASTIC and it's how I usually eat my oatmeal (when I'm not lazy and I reach for that Quaker packet of pre-mixed apples'n cinnamon oatmeal. ^_-)
'alot' of water... doesn't really help us tell you how much you should or shouldn't be drinking. You MUST drink at LEAST 8,8oz glasses of water PER DAY. Anything more is WONDERFUL. Most nutritionalists will tell you to try to not exceed 20 glasses of water,as this can lead to bloating (as I mentioned earlier with the sodium bit) but if you're dehydrated already? A little extra over that isn't going to hurt you.
Soy milk is -fantastic-. Good job. You get tons of calcium for it and none of the hormones from cow's or goat's milk. You should try rice milk, too. It's wonderful. =)
I think you're fine. ^^

You haven't eaten much at all. It sounds like you might have my problem. I'm so afraid to overeat, I under eat. And your body is constantly in "starvation mode" so it stores everything. You need to eat about 8 times a day, and at least 2 food groups (3 is best) each time. each serving should not be larger that the inside of your hand, or what can fit onto the inside of your hand. (open you hand, imagine your fingers are not there - the size of your palm is what I mean).
Snacking is not wrong by any means. Go ahead. But, you have to be careful of your snacks. A snack really shouldn't be more than 150 calories. A handful of trail mix, or almonds, or veggie sticks, or a pot of yogurt - good snacks.

It doesn't look like a lot if that's all you had for the whole day. Did you have the chicken by itself? No rice or anything else with it? I can't believe you ate three apples. I can hardly get myself to eat one. But that's good for you. It's better than 3 candy bars. So, not knowing your age and all, I think this looks fine.

You need to increase your vegetable intake! You are not overeating, you are undereating. You could add 2 servings of carrot sticks / broccoli / green beans with some low fat dip. Add some frozen peas or corn to your thai spicy soup next time. Did you have rice with your curry? You could make a whole grain or brown rice and add that.

you are definately not over eating. as long as this is filling you up and you stop eating when you are full you will not put on weight you will generally stay the same weight. unless you burn more calories than your eating through excersise.
