Yes, they are more quickly obsorbed and more of the vitamin is obsorbed.

Liquid vitamins also tend to be a better quality in my experience as pill forms can have adatives or particles too large to enter your blood stream where they are needed to be of any use. Teas have been used by the chinese for centuries partialy because hot liquids are even more easily obsorbed than cold ones. I take some excellent liquid vitamins that have cleared my acne, helped me loose extra 10 pounds without drastic diets or excersise and lifted my depression. P.S. some liquid vitamins are mostly sugar water, you need to find a supplement that says "disolved vitamins and minerals". You need the minerals to obsorb the vitamins.
