You can be Presbyterian just by going to a Presbyterian church. But if you want to join a church congregation, you will need to attend a couple membership classes just so you know the theology they believe in. Pretty simple.

if you go to a presbyterian church they will make you a member and put water on your forehead immediately thinking you as a new customer like all the other churches. But why do you convert to another which they are not any better than each other. I go to all the churches but I am not member of any. explaining bible is good in Presbyterian, the teaching of Jesus in Orthodox and missionary job in Catholic etc. To find the truth you have to go to all of them except the cults.

hi hi. i'm an Anglican (not the Homo one interior the North American). notwithstanding if, i'm saved not because of the fact i'm Anglican or not. yet my faith. IN ROmans 5, it says, justified by religion and have peace in God. Salvation is by beliving in God, because of the fact the Romans 10:9 says ' have confidence on your coronary heart, confess with your mouth and you would be saved.' What i decide to says is, that's not Presbyterian or Roman Catholic which will determind you to be saved. however the very own dating with God. in my view, i won't be in a position to decide to choose the Roman Catholic. For i know, in many places, you hardly can stumble on a Mary Stature interior the RC church, to not communicate with regards to the Saints. What they carry forth is approximately faith in Jesus. Pray to Jesus. tell me, if one among those Roman Catholic dies, will they not circulate heaven? I do purely not decide to commend. Salvation is for the Lord. by ways, I continuously tell people who critised Roman Catholic, who pass the bible down from the Apostle's time? Is it the Protestant? Or Catholic? in the event that they're incorrect, why we use an analogous Bible? (RC have extra suitable 12 books which isn't cannonised, yet to them, that's purely sturdy books, and that they place it which contain Bible. For Protestant, they place them interior the Bible college and additionally interpreting them besides. some Charismatic even use those books to evangelise, which the Catholic won't try this. besides, that's yet another concern.)

I'm very sorry to hear you are considering leaving the Church founded by Christ Himself for a church founded by a mere man some 1500 years later. Jesus entrusted the care of His flock to the Apostle Peter (John 21:15-17), and his successor can only be found in the Catholic Church. Please don't stray.

you just go to the church. you do not have to "convert" like catholics do...you just choose to believe what they teach. With Protestant churches its about God and the bible, not all that other
