Well, seeing that you are 5'4 and only weigh 98 lbs,(I read your other questions), it sounds like you should just eat.
That weight isn't healthy. What's even more unhealthy is the fact you want to lose 7 more lbs. You should see a doctor to make sure everything is okay. I know you are a smart girl based on how you write your answers to others. I feel sorry for you.
P.S. I am 5'4 and 125 lbs and I look and feel great. I can't imagine being 27 lbs smaller, I'm already a size 4!

You have to keep your mind off it! Especially at night! Drink a large glass of water, boil some tea. Or just think, the faster you get to sleep the faster you wake up and get to eat again! Sleep off the hunger pangs. It works!

water didnt work for me, it wore off too quickly and just made me feel bloated with no other good effects. Here is what Ive been doing and its been working. Use one of these at a time, when you think "typical" hunger time is coming up, but dont use these to starve yourself. -best thing is to eat 5 small meals a day ~250-300 cals each. You will have to MAKE yourself eat doing this. You wont be hungry. if you are already on track for cals and meals for that time of day, try these. -fiber tablets, better than the gross tasting liquid stuff and fewer cals than eating bran flakes -chromium picolinate -5 HTP -green tea (hot) or black tea or oolong (herbal wont work as well) -dont be afraid to EAT!! Come up with some 75-100 calorie snack ideas to fill the gap like cottage cheese or a banana. -eat more protein at meals. you'll feel full longer.

Most likely you're not eating enough for dinner.
Good, wholesome snacks just after dinner would be great. An apple or some celery, perhaps?
People also tend to get 'hungry' when they're actually THIRSTY,too! So try drinking some water and see if that doesn't help.

Actually, that is an indication that you have an ulcer. I suggest you take 2 Tums or Rolaids. Also, you might wish to get some Zantac or Prilosec. In addition, it is a clue that you tend to overeat and eat more later in the day than earlier.
