I think its quite relative on what is "wanted" here and if it can be "gotten" at all. Most guys just get confused between a request, a demand and just girls letting their exasperations out.
Just be clear. There are nice guys out there and they should be able to help. Just be sure to thank after you are done. There are always points for positive reinforcement :)
