Is it possible to be fat if some of my clothes are sized 0 (pants- most of my pants are 0's- but some of them are size 2.)? I feel like the tags lie- I think that a 0 is really like, a 5 now. :(
I feel like I am flabby and fat in my stomach. It's all I think about, but honestly, I don't know what else to do. Last week I threw up every day but I hadn't done that since last summer and I thought I was a lot better.... I can't even be comfortable w/ the guy I am dating touching my stomach.
I only throw up when I binge- last week I was bingeing a lot. And I know I should focus more on my clothes size instead of my actual weight... I am just really hung up on numbers and I went to the doctor recently and they weighed me and that was when I felt newly disgusted with myself. I do exercise a lot- I run everyday and I do marathons and half marathons pretty routinely.... I just dont know what to do.. I want to feel like I am skinny enough and that I can relax.

Eeek. I think you're right about your eating disorder coming back, but the fact that you're aware of it is a VERY good sign for your prognosis. Go talk to your doctor. You'll be fine :)

No,hun. You're thin. Thin enough.

I'm a size 12-16 (depending on clothes sizes,sometimes even larger or smaller). I've fought that damned need to run out and bring back everything,too. Don't binge. Every time you wanna binge? Drink a glass of water. Not only does it keep you hydrated,it'll wash anything your body doesn't NEED straight out of you,too. And you just can't tell your body it doesn't need those two crackers you so desperately want,you know?

thats what i hAVE, BUT I EAT AND NEVER THROW UP, the thing i do is exercise alot and still think im not in a good shape even though im size 00. i honestly donno what it is but i am not plannin to act on it and you should either, stop looking in mirrows eat right and exercise alot and look at fat women on the internet everynight then imagine that is you then a week later look in the mirrow and that should boost your self estem

optimum protein,low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrate,low salt nutrition-
for losing weight- replace two meals with the above said nutrition
