I've been on a diet for a while and im sooo sick of the same foods (chicken breast, salad, baked fish, etc...) Can you please give me some ideas of different main course dishes that are low in calories? Dont have to gimme recipes, just ideas of different things would be greatly appreciated.

I hear ya. However, every meal doesn't have to be nearly fat free. You are allowed to have a few fatty foods as long as your total daily caloric intake is in the recommended fat range. I'm sure this will open up some more options for main courses. Best of luck. . . .

lean turkey, chicken, salmon (fish). try to Avoid pastas, potatoes (lots of calories) Avoid fried foods and dressings on salads.
