he's my coworker, I tease him a lot. he must think I was flirting with him, and now he flirts back, he touches me, talk to me, wink at me... and I find out that I really like him.

but we never contact each other after work, except few occasions he offered a ride...I'm not sure I want to date him , we both want to stay in the job for over a year. I just want to hang out with him more after work, how can I do it in a more casual way?

Talk to him and ask him.
Good Luck

This is always hard. For some reason the "hanging out casually' is a hard thing to do without making it sound like you are into him; usually guys will take anything you say about hanging out even if it's "casual" as if you want to date them. Just try to mention that you really have nothing to do or something out of work and you wnat to hang out.

make sure the time you spend with him is casual, parties with more of your friends around than just the two of you. Can you invite other work friends, and him to do things outside of work together? Even a double date keeps things from going too far too fast. Try some of those things

Dating a co-worker is not usually a good idea. For every happily ever after you hear, there are twenty "omg, why did i do that?"
Think about if things don't work out between the two of you.

You know that you want it to be more than casual - you want a relationship with him. Don't date a co-worker. It won't work out. Stop flirting'; you are there to work.

Ask him if he will hang out with you after work, but just as friends.

I bet you end up liking him more than just friends and hitting it off, real good.

maybe you can start asking your co-workers (not just him alone) out for a group dinner and somehow sit yourself near him. Then slowly work towards a dinner just the two of you.
