First things first . . . do not call her or see her. Let her come to you, and if/when she does record it.
Second thing . . . I don't believe you raped her . . . you both consented to having sex and when you mention that you were going to inject her with creamy filling, she said stop. But you should talk with an attorney . . . some may have free consultation . . . and just in case, you may need to retain his/her services.
Third . . . how old were you both . . . actually it doesn't matter how old you are . . . but how old was she. If she was legally a minor . . . or below the age of consent . . . then no ifs and or buts you are guilty of statutory rape.
Fourth . . . why the F*** were you not wearing a F***ing condom. Are you dumb or something? She gets pregnant, you can kiss your a** and future goodbye. Wrap that thing up.

First of all you shouldn't have sex with someone that you have only know for 1 week.
Second you should have stopped when she told you to
Third yes it is against the law it is called RAPE. You better find a good lawyer and start keeping your mouth shut about the situation. What you say can be told in court and help her case.
Someone could even print out this question and submit it into evidence and you admitted in your question that you finished after she told you to stop. You need to talk to a lawyer fast.

ok heres the deal...when intoxicated people are not capable of making decisions legally speaking...if charges are pressed they'll do an examination on her...usually you can tell when there was forced sex by maybe tears in the vaginal area or markings in other places...i would try to talk to her and figure out why she is doing what she is doing...let this be a lessen that next time your drunk remember that drunken decisions arent always the right ones

this is a fine line you're walking. as the mother of both boys and girls it's something you hope you never hear. first you need to tell your parents even if you're of legal age, then seek counsel from a professional, like a priest, preacher, or therapist. tell her you're sorry if you haven't already. you should talk with an attorney to know the laws of your state and be sure to tell all of the truth no matter how bad it sounds. leaving out one word or action onyour or her part can look deceiving later. good luck

I'm not sure. I don't know how that works. I say if you and her are over 18 then you have nothing to worry about but if she's under 18 and your over 18 then you do have something to worry about because it's called statetry rape and that's illegal in most states if not all.

You should be scared. I know a guy that has been in prison for 12 years for the same exact thing. If it goes to court make sure this part of the story gets told.

Is she over 18?
Do you think you raped her? If not then there is nothing to worry about. If you think you pushed her into something she wasnt ready for, even if the law doesn't come after you, you owe her an apology.

Any time a girl says stop it means stop. If you were already there then that was a pretty odd time to be yelling stop. My advice is to get a kick *** lawyer.
