Is God a Male or a Female?? Is Black? White? Asian? Latino??

Question

Since god made human his own image what is he? Male? or Female?

and since some people from all ethnic like black, white, asian, latino culture believe in god. what is he??

God is a spirit and as such He is none of the above. When Scripture says that we" were made in His image." It is saying that God the Supreme Being gave us intelligence, free will to make our own decisions, that we can create objects from the raw materials found in the Earth. The Creator made everything from nothing. We need something to make something else.

That we have the capacity to love. Although not on the same level as the Creator. God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit ie Trinity. Man is flesh, blood and spirit ie a tri-unity.

God is referred to in the masculine gender in the Bible. That is because those given revelation as to His nature, were males. Males were the patriarchs of the family, and made all the decisions. This has no reflection on the gender of God. He is, and was, and always will be. Without beginning and without end.

Universal Spirit, The Knowing, God (interpretation varies, although the same thing in my book~just different way of interpreting it)
isn't male or female, black, white asian, latino,ect.
It's not a he or a she.
My belief is it's something like a highly creative, loving, all knowing energy beyond anyone's comprehension.

I think you have touched on God making mankind in his own image - which is a very valid point.

if you are asking - is God male or female - you are then turning that about in trying to make God in mankind's image

the truth to be told God is larger than being only male or only female as both aspects are created in Gods image

the same could be said of racial grouping. originally mankind were like a blend of what we now call racial groups which became separated over time and distance. But each racial group possesses some portion of humanity which originally was created in Gods image.

the thing is when considering God is to realize that although we tend to make certain reference points that are familiar to us that this in itself can limit our understanding of God

Image does not refer to physical image. It refers to the spiritual image (akin to a computer's image, operating system, etc.) Souls only possess a physical body while on the physical plane (Earth).

God has no physical body, therefore no gender, no race, no ethnicity. God is spirit .... a POWER.

ALLAH: ALLAH is the proper name in Arabic for The One and Only God, The Creator and Sustainer of the universe. Yahweh of the Old Testament was male, and was probably envisioned by his followers as having similar features to the Israelites.

"God" however is probably more accurately described as neither male nor female, and having no features that would distinguish him as of one particular race or ethnicity. All races and genders came from God, so God is not one of them only.
