Healthcare- and aging-related fields are growing very quickly in America these days. Consider Nutrition, Health Education, Public Health, Gerontology, Aging Studies, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, and Pre-Med, if those sorts of things interest you.

It depends on you. If you are terrible, let's say, in math don't become a math major. You can get an idea of what you can do with various majors at:
