This Employment Contract shall be taken as a legal agreement where both the FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY bind themselves each to the other in their working relations as set out in this Employment Contract in order to carry out their obligations and duties mentioned in the following articles, and in the documents as determined in the terms and conditions of this Contract, which constitute an inseparable part of this Contract.

I read this over and it seems fine. At first, I thought you needed more commas or something, but on the second reading I see it's okay as is.

I'm an English teacher, BTW...but take it to a proofreader if you want to feel more confident.

The only thing I MIGHT change is a semi-colon after "mentioned in the following articles; and in the documents as determined....

What are the following articles? We the repliers need to read those to find problems. what you have here is the introduction....that you and the other party are bound by the articles...and if the articles are broken then the contract has ended by someone's breaking the pact.

Sounds great so far. You are very thorough and state your point clearly. Contracts have to be carefully made out as to not have loopholes in which one or the other can break away from it. It seems like you have done this well.

after a long sentence,u should put a full stop"."don't want "and in the documents" but just write "the documents r determined...."straight forwardly to express n emphazise the contract.then it sounds better.
