change your diet and increase cardio!

pick up weight training to increase calorie burning!

Get yourself a pair of dumbells say five kilo each. stand with your legs approx shoulder with apart and lower each dumbell down the side of your leg untill you fee the streach .then do the other side. do 25 each side then increase each time until you get to 50 good luck.

This really works!!!!
Raise both your arms above your head with your palms meeting above your head (keeps palms together at all times) and wave your arms back and forth for as long as you can do it, do this 2-3 times daily and you will see results!
