Are you nervous because of the shaking? How often does this happen? Maybe you are experiencing anxiety attacks. You should talk to your doctor about it. He/she can prescribe medication that can control the anxiety, reducing the amount of shakes you experience.
There is also something called "Diabetic Shakes" I get these from time to time and I shiver all over, uncontrollably. Are you a diabetic? Have you noticed if this happens after you have eaten sweets or go from a prolonged time without anything to eat?

It could be as other suggested, that your anxiety is feeding itself, and learning relaxing techniques, controlled breathing and meditation is what you need. I would suggest you look at your family health history because if it was a neurological disorder it's apt to be genetic. Then I would ask if you live in regions with ailments like Malaria? Lyme disease? Does your vision change? Cold sweats? Are you pregnant? Ultimately a visit to your doctor is in order, he will check your weight, pulse, temperature, ask if you've experinced dizzyness, how long you've had these attacks, how many times a day, and how long tehy last, all of this information you can write down and carry with you will be helpful. You could be having an allergic reaction/spasm to something in your enviroment. Have you changed your diet/drinking habit? Exposed to some new chemical like a cleaning compound or paint? Or it could be psychological, like post-traumatic-stress disorder, something is haunting you that you need to deal with and get over. hard to say without knowing you, but if it's disrupting your life you need to see a doctor. Another thought that comes to mind is a cyst in the brain, tumour, or as simple as a pinched nerve in your back or spine?

Go to the doctors,it sounds more serious than just being nervous. Anxiety, stress and being worked up about something may be bringing it on. But its not normal to shake like you describe. Have it checked out, its better to be safe and you may find out how to get it under control.

talk about why you are nervous, let your feelings out, anything to show what is going on in your mind. alot of times mental problems that go on and do not have a chance to escape, like holding in anger, being shy, they all find ways to let themselfs out. you it is your nerves and they are coming out in a physical way of have you shake.
just guessing but that is what my problem is, it also shows up in my speach alot.

You should see a doctor who might give you a referral to a neurologist. Sounds like something happening in your brain or nervous system.

it could be a seizure, i had them at one time and it wasn't the type were you pass out , these were called peptic mal, grand mal is were you pass out,
but you should go have it checked it could be all kind of things, and to it could be as simple as you holding your legs or arms in position for a long time and they will shake, but you really need to see a doctor

Go get you a little O.J. or a piece of candy. Your blood sugar could be dropping.
