Not only is a queen bed wider than a full it is also longer. I am not sure exactly what you are working with or I could probably help you more. If it is bed with a headboard, footboard and 2 side rails you will need to get longer rails and then if there is room you can set the rails further apart. I would try searching the net for a conversion kit of some sort and see what you can come up with. Good luck!

If this is a bed frame a double usually will fit both a double or a queen and it has adjustments on each end (head & foot)

If this is a headboard and a footboard with side rails this might be a little harder I need more information. Email me or call.

Good luck,

Check out your bed frame a little more closely. My bed frame is metal and it can be converted to fit either a queen or a full.

if it's metal, you're stuck. Wood, you could maybe fix it a little but it would take some work. Might as well go buy a new one.

Most floor frames are adjustable.
