It starts something like "to experience great love," and then ends with something like "opens yourself to great pain." That's the gist of it. Does anyone know what the exact quote is?

Love me when I least deserve it, because that's when I really need it.”

“The greater your capacity to love, the greater your capacity to feel the pain.”

“You know it's love when all you want is that person to be happy, even if you're not part of their happiness.”

“Eventually you will come to understand that love heals everything, and love is all there is.”

“Love is being stupid together.”

“I love talking about nothing. It is the only thing I know anything about.”

I found these but came up empty handed searching for your exact quote. It must be in here somewhere... This site is my favorite to search for quotes, but there are many, many, others...http://www.ThinkExist.com

This is my personal favorite.... Don't stand by my grave and weep, For I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glint of snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning, hush. For I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circle flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand by my grave and cry. I am not there, I did not die. ~Hopi Grief Song/Prayer
