I don't think you like yourself very much. You listed your flaws, but you didn't list the positives. You're intelligent and well-spoken, probably have a good sense of rhythym (the dancing)...I know there's more good stuff that you just didn't feel like sharing. I'm sure there's some feature of yourself that you like a lot...maybe perfect skin, or pretty, shiny hair...You have to learn to like yourself and gain some self-confidence before other people will like you too.
I know you could find guys who aren't in your school to hang out with. If you go to church, maybe they have a youth group you could join. If you're old enough to get a job, you could work somewhere like a grocery store, movie theater, store at the mall, or amusement park, just so you'd meet guys who aren't from your school.
Dating your classmates is overrated, anyhow. It's a good way for rumors (true or not) to get started about you, and the next thing you know, you've got a reputation you have to live with for the rest of the time you're at that school.

I was considered a freak at school. Then I left school and got a job, and enough people male/female in the real world started telling me I was attractive for me to finally understand that in school, for the boys, there is only one 'type' of pretty- which is someone girly, seriously feminine and preferably with an unremarkable, normal and usually boring personality.
But in the real world, no one notices these girls. They slip into obscurity because no one remembers who the hell they are! In the clubs, pretty girls are ten a penny. Personality is everything.
And despite all the mean things people said to me, I have done really well for myself. Being true to my personality has put me where I am today- creative, artistic, unique and with a totally awesome, gorgeous boyfriend. If I had been as dull as what was expected of me in senior school, I would never have met this guy, never have achieved what I have.
Who care's if you're on a no list. Perhaps you and the rest of the 'no' girls should construct a 'no' list of all the conceited, spitful jerks in your school.
And for the record, ugly ducks always turn into beautiful swans. Don't worry about living the life in high school. All the girls I knew at school who were 'popular', got pregnant from unprotected, teenage sex due to all the male attention and faded away.
You sound cool. Screw those guys. Screw the popular kids. Screw trying to fit in. Stay true.
X.

Maybe you should start accepting yourself for who you are and stop judging every little wrong thing you do. If you act like you don't have self-confidence it's going to show. People are going to look at you as weak pray. If you are procupied thinking you are the only girl that has never been asked out guess what, I have never been asked out. I think Im pretty and people tell me that, but I don't care if a guy has not asked me out. One day I will find the right guy. You need to focuse more on school instead of boys. Im not saying it's a bad thing to forget guys. But it's better to focuse on friends, activitys, and maybe start flirting with guys. Even if they don't think your cute, do it because you feel like it.

you are special in your own way. Maby god has a different plan for you. I never was popular in school. Dont let it bother you. Just be your self. I have always been the kind of person that it didnt matter to me what others thought. they picked on me quit a bit. but i got through it. If you just worry about getting through school and making the grade. You will grow up to be someone special and they will all wish they had you in there cliques. just like the men that put rover on mars. they were all consider nerds and look at them.

You have nothing to worry about. Focus on school and forget about all that drama. Once you get into college and out into the "real world" there is no such thing as the yes and no list. I found that out after highschool and I wish I would have relized it sooner. It definently would have made life alot more carefree.

don't worry about it at all. pretty people are just well-formed molecules. nothing more, nothing less. most of the time they're shallow and conceited. they're on the "yes" list now but in ten years that won't even matter. people will look back at their high school yearbook and not even recognize them.

People in school , especially high school don't fully appreciate weird or unique. They want to conform , be the same as everyone else then. When you get out of high school undoubtedly they will appreciate you for all of your you-ness.
