I want to learn to sleep 6 or less hours per night in order to increase my productivity at work. I have heard of people being able to sleep 4 hours per night without excessive fatigue.

Sorry but sleeping fewer than 7 or 8 hours will likely have serious effects on your health. There are some people who can sleep fewer hours, but it is likely that they have always been like that and their bodies just naturally need less sleep.

Usually, less sleep=less productivity. So you'd be shooting yourself in the foot if you tried to get less sleep.

They say old people need less sleep. But that is not true. The truth is we are in to much pain to sleep very long at a time. Our joints start hurting.
