No. The true believers will be called up to God during the rapture, they will not be judged with the ones that were left behind. They are judged not by their sins but are rewarded for things that they did on earth. The ones left behind will be judged according to wether or not they accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Everyone in this judgement will be cast into hell.

You do not get punished after you die. That would be contradictory to the whole life learning experience. And there is no hell to go to.

you can be get punished here ,then send to hell because you never asked for forgiveness and excepted Jesus as your savior, and if you get to heaven then , you have had to have ask for forgiveness for your sins, and excepted Jesus.

The only hell is the natural consequenes of our choices. Everything that will ever happen to us happens while we live, not in the grave. So... yes to your question.

if you mean commit harm or a crime against another person, the law doesn't always bring justice but it is there

if you mean disobey a fictitious god in the sky....nothing because there is no heaven and hell mental conditioning system for behavioral control and fear factors to abuse us with

First off, only God or one of His manifestations (Yeshua) goes to heaven. Men go to sheol when they die. After the righteous are ressurected they will be given the earth. The wicked will probably be given lashes due to their deeds and then become a carcass after they are thrown into a fiery pit.
