Do you put an ice pack on your arm when you get pinchd to help the pain and swelling go away?

You put the ice on before the swelling to help it to keep from swelling. I would use a heating pad if no heating pad wet a towel put it in microwave wrap arm watch out dint get burned.

for my small children, I would grab my large metal cooking spoons and place on their ouch spot. They were in no danger of getting freezer burn from the ice. I would alternate from spoon to spoon. Generally works very quickly. Got to be that they would come and do it for themselves without me.
