Smoking marijuana causes, respiratory problems, impaired brain functioning, lung cancer, impaired social functioning, low achievement, etc...
Not to mention the potential for addiction/abuse and the effects of engaging in an illegal activity.

There have been many medical studies about how harmful smoking is to the body and no good findings.
But then again, you could live the most healthful lifestyle imaginable and be killed at any moment.

Yes, smoking pot can lead to severe mental health problems......notably schizophrenia...a devastating illness which all to often ends in suicide. \i have witnessed this personally. don't go down that road if you have any respect for yourself and those in your life...

while smoking is bad for you...there are also medicinal advantages to smoking pot. check it out on the web. drinking alcohol is worse.
