Great question actually. Yep, I attend church regulary... And it is like.....well I suppose it is hard to discribe. It is like more than a thousand people all singing praises to God. It is like one powerful speaker teaching you more about the man that died on a cross for your sins. It is like people gathered together under one roof to praise one name...the name of Jesus Christ. It's like everyone I hold dear, all being near me, and thanking God for the hairs on their head, and the air that they breath...I guess its kind of like life, the way it is supposed to be...only not just on sundays. It's like being in the presense of God, and knowing that God is in the presense of you. Yeah, its kinda like that. But how can you sum God up with a few words? I know I can't... My church is my time with the Lord, the place where I go to be with the Lord. There is no proper way to sum it up.:-) all I can tell you is that it is the place I go to strength my love for my Savior...and it is just that, the place for the Love of my Savior...
My God is a God of love, and a God of amazing gifts...Life is an amazing gift, use it well.
God bless you

Yes, I attend church.

I have described my church before.
It is what we call a mega-church, which means we have tens of thousands of members.
We have a choir of more than a hundred voices, and a orchestra of probably 50 pieces.
A pipe organ and several pianos.

We recently built a new building for forty-eight million dollars, that was designed to serve the unchurched who live in our downtown area.

We have had two pastors in the last 100 years that each served 50 years as the pastor of our church.
Since then we have had four pastors over the last dozen or so years.
Presently we have an interim pastor while we search for another pastor.

We have a unique situation in our church, since it is so large, whoever is the pastor has to preach three sermons every Sunday morning.

We have several former pastors that are on the staff and members of our congregation.
I used to be on the staff until I turned sixty-five.

The people in my church are very loving and caring.

Yes. I attend church for the following reasons:

1) I do not feel like dealing with mom when it comes to my religious beliefs. As a pagan, this would be really dangerous.

2) I work at my church. I do not think it is wrong to work there but hold different beliefs as I think Christians are right as well. It's just a different group than me.

3) I'm in the choir. I really enjoy doing it, and I feel like I am helping other people to feel more satisfied in their religous choice.

I go to a Methodist Church.

I nurture my relationship with my Gods by reflection and through making use of the gifts I was given.

Attending church is a good idea, but your personal relationship with Jesus is where your salvation comes from. The bible says you must be born again. This means you must, repent, (to repent is to stop practicing sin, we all make mistakes, sometimes fall into temptation, ask forgiveness and keep living a Jesus filled life) believe that Jesus payed for our sin, and that God the Father raised Him from the dead, then by prayer ask for the Holy Spirit to fill your life. God's grace is a gift, all you can do is have faith. Once you've prayed and believe with all your heart, soul, and mind, the Holy Spirit will begin to change you from the inside, your likes and dislikes may change, what you watch on tv will change and so on. Then you pray to understand the bible, only the Holy Spirit can teach you the things of Heaven. You must read and pray daily. The things of this world are passing away, but the things of the Kingdom of God are for ever. Read the book of John, and may Gods love and grace be with you all the days of ypur life.

I use too.I ardent church a lot when my children were growing up.I `ve read the Bible from cover to cover and I`ve done much studying.I love coming here because its a gathering of Christians even though you have those who aren`t.The word says that where two or more are joined together there is God in the mist of them.I have had to go back and look up answers in the Bible that has been asked so that helps with Bible study.I love to hear what others have to say and to read other view points on the word.

I do not attend any church or member of any congregation. I read the Bible, always pray and ask God for His wisdom. I just always try my best to follow God's biblical instruction.
Prayer and having a personal relationship with God helps me a lot. I talk to Him as a real Father, letting Him know my worries, fears and cares, askin for His guidance, and simple miracles do happen in my life.
It works for me. It makes me a better person, happier and i can have a sound sleep everyday without worrying to much.

Yes I do. I attend, because it is my duty as a Catholic To attend. The Church was established in order to strengthen our faith, with the 7 sacraments. My church is traditional and holy.

Our church is totally awesome. The pastor believes that if someone has a gifting let them grow in that. We sing and dance before the Lord. We study, and talk about scripture. It is wonderful to have freedom in God's house to be yourself. Not fancy just forgiven.
