Male, 6'3", problem area is ONLY belly fat, all other areas are fine...
Am 264 lbs, want to get down to 195 lbs ASAP !!!

It's going to take time- don't do it too fast or the loss won't stick. Just start running and jogging, or even walking daily and only eat when you feel hungry. Low impact exercise is the best way to loss weight. You really need to work out for an hour a day to get good fat burning results- if you don't have time for that then AT LEAST a half hour. Weight training is important because that is how you get your body to efficiently burn calories ALL THE TIME- even at rest. And also, DO NOT crash diet. Your body will slow way down to compensate for the lack of calories and any food you do give it will immediately be stored as fat- especially belly fat.

Obviously you need to eat healthy because that's 80% of the weight loss fight. Since you can't afford the gym or equipment, you have two choices:

1. You can create your own cardio program by running, riding a bike, or playing sports regularly throughout the week and use your own body weight as resistance in doing strengthening moves like push ups, pull ups, crunches, and squats.

2. You can purchase low-cost workout DVDs so you can workout at home. www.collagevideo.com

You can purchase dumbbells are barbells if you have some money to spend but not enough for big time equipment.

If you can't afford a gym or some exercise equipment then you are left with doing sit-ups, push-ups and jumping jacks.
Go running up and down some stairs--carry something heavy with you but start out slowly.
Always do some stretching to loosen up or you might pull something.
Really though none of that will make you lose that much weight in a short time.
If you had the money you can get your jaws wired shut by a dentist and only drink your meals thru a straw. I knew someone who did that and it does 2 things--it alters your eating habits and you will lose a lot of weight fairly quickly.

Just get moving, be more active, walking, running, any kind of cardio. Watch what you eat, have smaller portions and eat food that's good for you, whole wheat, grains, fruits, lots of veggies.
Food is fuel for your body, put only the best in and you'll see some results. You also need some weight training but if you don't have any exercise equip. there's still lots you can do. Push ups, sit ups, squats, lungs, buy yourself a pull up bar, they're cheap.
Stay consistent and motivated! You can do it!

That's really really excellent that you are taking this step, good for you:)
I find that walking and running are not only my favorite exercises, but also totally free. Hiking is also a fun thing to do to get in shape. It'll keep you motivated best if you can find someone to run with, or something to train for. Are there any 5ks yu can sign up to run?
Also, make sure you eat a healthy diet and don't go overboard on calories.

Also, you can get workout dvds at the store for around 10 bucks each. Pick one that you think you can do, with a lot of cardio. Kickboxing types are really good for the abdominals, and remember healthy diet and exercise! Good luck!

You can exercise in your own home. Walk around the block. Do sit ups, tummy crunches. Cut back all junk food, increase your water consumption, and eat healthy foods. Good luck.

On cold days go to the mall and walk the mall as people do that before the stores open in the morning.

Do a candida cleans and a colon cleans. Then eat healthy and take 1 hr walks.

Go for walks in the evenings/mornings or something, you can walk around for free for however long you like wherever you like really! Thats what I do anyways.
