Canada - The main reason for my decision is cost of living, medical care, and environment/population.
The cost of living in Hong Kong is high. Almost half of Hong Kong's population is living in rental housing and there is a high demand for quality apartments and houses, which are in short supply. Public health facilities are generally good and comprehensive medical and specialist care is available. Payment is required for all treatment, and Hong Kong has no reciprocal health agreements, so comprehensive medical insurance is essential for living in Hong Kong. Sample price for basic necessities in Hong Kong: Beer at Lan Kwai Fong $40, Macdonald's Value Meal (lunch) $25, Dinner for 2 at Italian Restaurant $400, Coffee at Starbucks $20, Pizza Dinner at Pizza Hut $100, Head of Lettuce at grocery store $10, 10 slices of processed cheese $25, and 1 Litre carton of milk $25. Population is 6,898,686 on 423 sq. miles of land, very dense population. Hong Kong's crime rate is low -- there were 77 murders last year, compared with 986 in New York City
Most Canadians enjoy a high standard of living, and the cost of living varies from province to province. Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal are the most expensive areas; Charlottetown, Winnipeg and Edmonton are much cheaper. Food and housing prices tend to mimic those in the United States. The Federal Government and provincial government plans provide basic hospital and medical care for residents. Four provinces have prescription drug plans for their residents and most provinces provide this benefit for residents 65 and over. Most employers provide healthcare plans above and beyond the basic coverage, including vision and dental benefits, and are now extending health coverage to "same-sex spouses." Population is 32,805,041 on 3.560,217 sq. miles of land. Crime in Canada is often characterized as being comparatively low and tightly controlled.

Hong Kong. great life style if you have a good job. you can get a maid from indonesia/thai/filpino for only HKS$3800 / USD $500.
travellign is very popular, and you can go places easily. you don't need to suck from snowing. and if you think too crowded, you can live little far from the city, then you have much space. also, Hk has better languages skill and convenience for everything.
