i think its easier to lose weight with a vegan diet. but its not guarenteed. you could live off of pasta, soda, chips, french fries, vegan candies and desserts. or you could eat healthy: lots of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, coldpressed oils, raw nuts and seeds, raw honey, nut milks, etc.
