As he is the source of life, then he has been in everyones life as long as they have breath.
But, if what you mean is how long have I been conscious of God in my life then, about 8 years.

I remember him being there when I was a kid. I just knew.
My mom was into the new age movement and reincarnation. For some reason I knew it was not the truth. Not sure why.
I didn't give my life to Jesus until I was in my 20's, fell away for awhile then God brought me back in a very very cool way. I had prayed for something as a child over and over and he answered that prayer when I was 35!!! God is Amazing to say the very least!

God has been in my life since I was born, but I wasn't born again through Christ until about five years ago after my father passed on into heaven. He is now with His Lord and Savior, giving perfect glory and praise to God.

I believed in the Christian god from a very young age, when someone scared me into it by telling me about hell, up until I was about 13. I've been an Agnostic ever since.

Which one?
I was a Christian from birth to 13. I was a Born-Again Christian from when I was 13 until I was 14. At 14, I became Pagan. I am now 15.

about 25 years too long....
the minute I "believed" until the minute I lost faith was 25 years
and not much is salvageable
if someone or something/being can be believed in like Santa then removed just as easily....does one really exist only in the minds of believers or in thier reality as well?
I suggest to others to interpret 'god' in thier own way

I grew up in a Christian home but really didn't invite Jesus in my life until April 21, 2001 at a church in WV. It hasn't been easy but life has been better since Jesus has been in my life.
