I know that in the play they never actually write out the marriage, but they write out them arriving in the Friar's garden... I think. I'm writing an essay for my english class and you need specific references to the text so that would really help.

They are married at the conclusion of Act 2 Scene 6. Read the lines leading to that point. After that Juliet refers to Romeo as her husband in Act 3 scene 2 and Friar Lawrence refers to Romeo as being wedded in Act 3 scene 3.
