You are in such luck. I hear they're running a blue light special this week. It's $20 US, but there's a hitch. You have to actually get married there, in person, by Wednesday at midnight. Just go to the Government Office of Complete Idiot Questions and ask for your sign. They'll be able to help you out.

It's alot of time and money. just the paperwork can be in the thousands. Who know's what you will end up with too. I wouldn't reccomend it unless you are very familiar with the culture and are actually interested in a wife and not a sex object like so many are.
