How can I lose 5 lbs in a month? Or 7 in 2 months?
I'm 14 years old and 5'3 1/2 and 125 lbs.

You are really young to be considering your weight. But I give you credit. your goals are healthy.
Try starting with breakfast. Eat Eggs (protein) and oatmeal.If you get the munchies eat nuts especially almonds. Eat plenty of veggies. They are always safe. Dont forget sometimes hunger can be mistaken for thirst.
Try drinking plenty of water. (you weight 125) that means you should drink around 70 ounces of water. (half your body weight in ounces)
Try walking. Cardio is the best.

Slice half a banana and put that in there and a few walnuts, like a big tablespoon full. Put 2%milk in and no sugar. You need no sugar it is sweet enough. Your matabalizim will work better with breakfast, so will your brain. Eat a apple and orange for lunch. Becareful what you eat the rest of the day. This worked for me.

Anna hey losing 5 ponds is a good goal but just to give u a little advice my best friend is trying to lose weight but now she is taking laxatives and using diet pills let me be the first to tell u that that is the stupidest thing you could ever do and if u do wanna lose weight just eat a Little healthier because its provin that not eating at all takes more time to lose weight but when u eat healthier Ur body can lose the pounds easier well hope i could help!

well you try not to eat alot of junkfood and then you not to drink alot of soda and everday you should go for a walk but run for like a mile and then when you eat dinner eat healthy food and then in the morring do some exercises and then nabe that will help

excersize and drink alot of water. I quit drinking cokes and drank water or green tea only and i lost 15 lbs in about 6 weeks. good luck!

running works really well, but also try doing ab work...crunches, sit ups, ect.

also, riding your bike or rollarblading works well if you have those resources...

do these activities for like 45 minutes or more 6 times a week.

also, try and find some friends to work out with. it's much more fun!

One thing Kate forgot to mention is to drink at least 64 ounces of water everyday. This helps cleanse your system. It rehydrates your body too.
