Take in fewer calories than you burn on a daily basis....Eat 4 to 5 small meals or (healthy) snacks during the day. That way your body wont think you're in a concentration camp and store tons of fat. oh, also don't eat everything on your plate like your mom says and chew your food don't inhale it.....lol

Weight Watchers works well. You can eat pretty much whatever you want, but it teaches you portion control.
My husband's a vegan and I agree with the vegan that posted that that's a good way to lose weight. If trying a vegan diet, make sure you eat a variety of foods so you get all the nutrients you need.

I'm a nurse and a vegan. I started a vegan diet and stayed a vegan for weight problems, it works. I would also dance to your favorite songs on the radio, it helps too. Good luck.
