Matthew 3:11-12
11"I baptize you with[b] water for repentance. But after me will come one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. 12His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into the barn and burning up the chaff with unquenchable fire."
Matthew 18:7-9
7"Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to sin! Such things must come, but woe to the man through whom they come! 8If your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire. 9And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.

Jesus speaks of a literal hell, a place of fiery torment. The first passage talks about the separating of the wheat and the chaff (useless weeds). It's a metaphor for the judgement of humankind. In the second passage, Jesus is teaching about how unimportant our earthly lives are in comparison to eternity.

Matthew 2:11-12
verse 11 pertains to two types of baptism.
John's baptism with water - represents the death, burial and resurrection.
Jesus' baptism with the Holy Spirit - which is symbolized in Acts as coming as fire.
verse 12 pertains to the threshing floor, where the wheat is gathered and the chaff is tossed into a fire and burned.
The wheat is the believer, and the chaff is the non-believer.
Matthew 18:7-9
verse 7 says woe to those who encourage others to sin.
verse 8 & 9 says if you are not able to stop sinning, you should remove that portion of your body that causes you to sin.
That was before His death that saved us form the penalty of our sin. So to me, these verses have been taken care of by Jesus.
Since the cross, your sins have been taken atoned for.
You should not take these verses as a commandment to cut off your hand or pluck out your eye.

First one:Water baptism today is just a sybol for how God will baptize us.But God will baptize us with fire
Second:If you feel you have something in your life that makes you sin or you feel guilty about;toss it out of your life;evan if it be a part of your body.

WRITE DOWN ALL YOUR TRANSGRESSIONS,I HAVE A LIST OF ALL WHAT IS SIN AND EXPLAIN WHY THEY ARE UNHOLY ACTIONS THAT GO AGAINST WHAT IS HOLY IN THE CODE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.COME BEFORE THE CHOSEN ONE AND HAVE THAT BOOK SEALED AND BURNED,THEN YOU ARE BAPTIZED WITH FIRE,FOR THAT OLD LIFE YOU GAVE UP AND ARE GIVEN A NEW ONE ,WITH A CLEAN SPIRIT INSIDE YOUR SOUL AND NEVER LOOK BACK.IF YOU BREAK THE WORD OF GOD AFTER THAT DAY,THE BOOK OF LIFE BEFORE GOD YOUR NAME IS BLOTTED OUT AND THE BOOK OF DEATH IS OPENED ONTO THE SECOND DEATH.
