I'm 13 and I weigh 95-100 pounds. Am I fat? I feel fat! Do any of you know any good exercizes that I can do to lose weight (preferably in the hip area)?

Depends on your height. If you are under 5 feet then you are a little overweight. Anything from 5 feet to 5 foot 5 you are at healthy weight, if you are over 5 foot 5 you are too skinny.

You are not overweight. Is someone saying that you are overweight? For that height and weight you are not overweight.
Unfortunately you are a teenager. Teenagers usually obsess way too much over there appearance.
If you want to tone up your thighs then that's okay. However, you definitely don't need to lose weight.

On the other hand, there are tons of teenagers your age that do need to lose weight. The instances of juvenile diabetes 2 are definitely on the increase.

In one of the previous answers, it tells how to tone up your thighs. That exercise is a good one. You might need to eventually put ankle weights on at the time this exercise becomes too easy.

Depends on height...Leg lifts work well, lay on your side, with your elbow bent and use your hand to support your head. Lift your leg, starting with 30 lifts..switch sides and lift the other leg. Increase daily by adding an additional 5. Do 3 sets each. Don't give up. And drink plenty of water.

Oh my god. ur not fat. Everybody at this age feels fat for some reason except me cuz i weight 85lbs 14 adn its called unnderweight for me. I try to gain but i dont get one pound on me. Dont even try to lose weight. ur fine

women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
now You can work out your possibilities
Fat% Men 16% and women 26%
Men 2000-2200 calories, women 1500-1800 calories(intake)
now you guess
