Ok, so I want to ask her out. She doesn't want a boyfriend until later in her life (she wants to be almost out of school before she has a boyfriend) but she said that she would "date" me when she turns 16. However, my stupid actions (such as passing her notes in class that I wanted to tell her how I really felt about her and stuff) have caused her to react badly to me, and I havent talked to her in a few days. I feel that I may have ruined my chances by telling her this too many times. Have I ruined my chances? If I haven't, what can I do to try and gain her respect back, or should I just tell her on the spur of the moment, don't try to get her to think about it, just lay it on her? Please, help me!!!!!!! I really like her, i'm on the brink of love here! Please help me!

Hay bloodyCar.

You need to play it cool here or she will think you are desparate, even though you are. You should ask her if you can have a word with her then say you are sorry for passing the notes and that you didn't mean to perhaps embaress her, and that you would like to have a chance to prove that you are not imature and that whenerver she is ready (remember don't ask her anymore or you will come accross as a stalker and you don't want that) you would like to take her on a date of her choice. and when you do get that date give her a rose, that may sound corny but girls love some romantic gesture. If she says there is no way of a date then leave it and don't bug her you never know she may change her mind down the track. Good luck darl.

Dude, I am out of highschool and I have been for about 4 years right now. I can say, I know how it feels To like someone-- and they just arent getting into it.

But, I will tell you something that has taken me YEARS to learn. Pressuring a girl to go without you, becoming clingy, and needy is the worst thing you can do to ANY female-at any age. Unless if they are needy and clingy themselves. Stop passing her notes, Stop pressuring the situation and be her friend.

You know that she doesnt want a boyfriend, until she's older--you cant change that decision. Only she can.

And I know you think you are in love, but love is more than "feelings"- love is mutual shared feeling between each other, that takes many months, or even years to build. You may like her alot or feel strongly attracted.

Dont get too attached, it will hurt you more in the end. But, enjoy highschool man. Be friends, there is no need for you to rush anything. I am 23, and have not met my special "one" yet, and thats okay, It will happen on its own time.

But good luck, and hope you are not dissapointed in my answers, but I promise you they worked for me.

If you want to re-gain her respect, tell her you will wait till you are BOTH almost finished with school before dating, and in the meantime yóu would like to be her friend.

See you're a keeper! I understand exactly how she feels because I felt the same way...and I never went on a date and I'm 17......telling her your feelings was a good way to go...if you reaaly care about her.....wait for her and you can't go wrong. Good luck sweetie!

ok well...chill on the " omg i love you" 's cuz i dunno bout the rest of the ladies but too much of that gets old and doesn't sound like its true, don't call her too much...like limit it to maybe once or twice a day, and just like for now, be her friend. as long as you can hang out wit her, and she gets to feel comfortable being wit u, she'll want to seriously be with you. just don't brag, or lie, as for stupid ****..write her notes to make her laugh, not so much what you feel. like do dumb drawings of teachers, or dumb jokes...i dunno...i kinda like those things..hope i could help
