Im just curious, but like when you get out of a shower; it appears darker. Mine is light brown, but appears black when its wet.

Sorry if it sounds like a weird question, but thanks for any answers :)

sorry, i don't exactly know... but i think it's the same reason why clothes look darker when they're wet.

something that receives moist is going to look darker. in case you spill something on your blouse, it will be darker in that one spot. it is basically because the textile or in spite of that's getting water on is getting soaking wet, so evidently darker.

hm..because the hair is holding more water...so..it appears darker. jsut as when the floor of the ocean is dry with no water it is jsut sandy. . but mostly from above you see it darker because..it has water...

haha sorry. i tried to explain it. but i dont really know. and then my example jsut got messed up.
