Chances are high you have a blocked ear canal. Go to your local drug store and purchase a kit to clear your ear of wax. Typically you can find the kit on the aisle with bandages... the other thing you can try is take a antihystimine... lots of times allergies or a bad cold will cause fluid to collect in your ears....

A doctor you might want to consider, but this is what I do when my ears are plugged, there are certain candels out there (i'm not sure if you know what I'm talking about or not) but they are suppost to go in your ear and you light and just tip your head over, and have the lighted candle in your ear, a lot of wax will come out of your ear, most from YOUR ear but some from the candle it makes your ears feel really good too!
Good luck
:)

Have you asked somebody to look inside?

It could also be that you have ear wax accumulated in your ear. Do not insert a q-tip because it might push it further in. Check the links for some more information so that you can assess if you have it.

there might be water in there, way in there. Try laying on your side, with a hot wash cloth or low heating pad under the ear, if there is any liquid in it, it will drain out. If that does not help and you are still concerned, see a doctor.

I live on top of a mountain, and my ears felt like that all the time at first! I usually just chewed some gum, or pluged my nose tried to pop it that way! It dosen't always work, but they usually helped!

Maybe you have some congestion, try some Benadryl for a day or so before you decide to go to the doctor.
