Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 19.6, which is within the normal range for an adult. However, you are only 6 pounds over the underweight category. As long as you are eating healthy, not exercising too much, you should be fine. Most women gain another 5-15 pounds when they graduate high school and leave home, which will put you in a less-risky normal weight. Over the next five years or so, your metabolism will slow down a lot, so don't be worrie d if you do gain a few pounds.

125 pounds is a great weight for a girl who is 5 feet 4 inches. So at 5 feet 7 inches, you must look very slender indeed. Your doctor can tell you whether you need to gain any weight, but if you eat healthy foods often enough that you never feel too hungry, you will stabilize naturally at the weight that's right for you. That's fine. You're body is just beginning to settle after your pubescent growing. You will probably start to gain a little in a few years. If you don't it's fine as long as you maintain healthy eating habits.
