If the Tuna is replacing a Big Mac (sorry to pick on you, McDonald's), then it might be a good start.
However, it's not a very balanced diet. Check out the food pyramid site for more ideas. Don't really worry about losing weight... just establishing good diet and exercise habits will do a lot for the way your body looks.
Besides, it sounds like you have the beginning of a good exercise routine in place. The recommendation for cardio exercise is 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week. Don't be afraid to up the intensity when you feel like the 15 minutes is no longer a challenge. You may want to diversify your strength training, since you are only working on a limited scope of muscles.
Good luck and don't worry - you have plenty of time.

Make sure you get your dairy in...you can eat cottage cheese, low fat cheese, yogurt, or low or nonfat milk. Eat fruits to help as fillers throughout the day. Make sure you drink 64 ounces of water each day. You can also eat a large amount of certain vegetables. Raw carrots, celery, green beans...things like that. They say that doing exercises is more effective if you do 3 sets of a certain number of reps. Like do 3 sets of 20 reps each of situps and crunches.

Tuna means canned tuna? Fish contain mercury...so don't eat it too much. You should only eat fish twice a week or so. I know this lady who loved canned tuna...she ate it once or twice a day while she was pregnant...and her baby didn't come out healthy...true story...not trying to scare anybody.

You need to exist on more than greens and fish in order to lose weight in a healthy manner.
Make sure you eat atleast 1200 calories a day, and keep up your exercise routine. You should add some strength training in there to build muscle which will in turn increase your metabolism to burn fat.

I'm on a treadmill at least 3 times a week and I've found out it's not the speed at which you walk, it's the incline. Thirty minutes at max incline will have you looking good.
