BLACKHEADS REMOVAL

Combine 1/4 cup boiling water with one teaspoon of Epsom salt and three drops of iodine. Let mixture cool until it's comfortable to the touch.

Soak a cotton ball with this mixture and touch gently on blackheads.
This will allow them to loosen so they can be easily squeezed with a gauze pad.

Find a good soap, like Neutrogena or another basic soap like that, it doesn't have to be expensive. Wash and rinse carefully twice a day, morning and evening. Make sure to keep your hands away from your face as much as possible. If your skin is not sensitive, you can also use acne pads like Clearasil or Stridex once or twice a day, depending on how bad your skin is, as long as it doesn't get too dried out. Or just try some Clearasil cream instead. The scars come from picking your pimples, so again, try to leave your face alone. They will fade eventually. Try to wear as little makeup as possible. If you have to use concealer to cover pimples, try one that has acne medication in it, or is made for oily skin, and use a little powder to set it with, also in an oil-free formula. Good luck to you!

first use a mild cleanser with toner to wash your face twice daily.
scrub your face twice a week, don't scrub too hard,a gentle scrub is all you need on your face.
use some acne medication like proactiv or neutrogena acne wash to get rid of the acne.for the black head you can get some blackhead remover or steam your face to get it out.
use a light make up when necessary, don't pick on your acne.
try neutrogena advance solution acne mark fading peel,it should help clean out the scars, but you have to give it time to work.
moisturize your skin daily.avoid too much sun exposure.

easiest? they have pads that you wipe on your face and youre done. you can get them from so many different companies, but the one that comes to mind is noxema. the most effective way to clean your face however is to use a mild cleanser (like cetaphil or something) twice a day, and apply a toner after if you want and then a moisturizer.

Proactiv is really helpful. There are also the neutrogena pore strips for blackheads and such...other than that just scrub your face with soap and a washcloth

Stridex wipes or alcohol wipes to clean off the oils.

then use Neutrogena Deep Clean to wash your face,

and a gentle soap like Olay to wash and rinse off any remaining residue.
