Its time to nueter Wilson. I Have 4 male Pitbulls,I know what you just went through. Keep them seperate for a while , kinda like puppy lock down. Wilson has hormones, Buddy does not. Buddy will prove himself to Wilson, this is true. However make Wilson an equal, and things will calm down. Ihope you have crates to seperate them with, they are a good training tool for aggresive dogs. Also when my dogs battle I make them apologize face to face"say your sorry, they lick each other and walk away. Its very important that you bring them down from the excitement of the fight. Instill in them that you are the boss, and these type of actions will not be tolerate. Once you put more than 2 dogs together in a home enviroment they they create a strong pack mentality amongst themselves, Buddy could have been keeping order in the pack. Only punish the aggressor. Dogs are a lot smarter than science gives them credit to, enjoy your extended family safely. The Monks of New Skete(in ny) have published some awesome traing books for canines, I suggest you look into this. I hope there weren't any injuries, always check your pets after battles, some wounds are hard to detect until hours after the battle is done. Good Luck with the boys!
Regarding correcting your dog please read my answer to "Is it okay to spank or beat your dog....."

We have the same issue but with two female. Inter-sex aggression is common among dogs and the basic thing to do is you have to keep them apart. We have 2 females and a male, and we have to keep the two females apart. One female is either in her room or out back, and the other one is either out back or in her room. They are not allowed to know the either one even exists. There has been some damage to both dogs, from callouses being ripped off to holes being drilled into heads and cheek bones being broken. It's just better to keep them away from each other, otherwise it will keep escalating into something horrible.

Wilson needs to loose his balls. Have them cut out. If they still fight, then put shock colars on both them. Have separate controls and zap them each time they try to fight.
