Well if the Tv is 130 pounds and the glass stand is rated for 135, then you should be ok!
I would just be very carefull setting the television on the stand, because if you set it on the stand the wrong way it can put over 135 pounds of force onto the glass.
The other thing to consider is that eventhough the stand is rated for 135 pounds, it will probably hold up to 150 pounds and the manufacture rated it for 135 pounds just to be safe and prevent a possible lawsuit from the stand breaking for people just like youself trying to put a 130 pound television on it.
Personally I do not like glass stands at all, because I got cut really bad once installing a glass window and it scares the heck out of me.

To be absolutely sure, I would find a TV stand with a higher rating, but if you have your heart set on this particular stand, be cautious, but you should be okay. When a product like this gives a maximum rating, this is the maximum rating with the idiot who would place all 135 pounds on the stand in mind. In actuality, the stand can most likely bear more than 135 pounds, but the manufacturer views 135 pounds as a "safe maximum."

I would definitely not recommend it. It's only 5 pounds below the maximum "safe" weight. My recommendation is to get a stand that can hold at least 50 more pounds. But if you just absolutely love that stand you bought, make sure you send in the warranty card for the stand.

That is not very safe. Get a better stand. Check out the Z Line stands, I have one for my DLP TV and it supports 300 lbs.

No. This is only 3% over the weight of the TV. It should be more like 50% over. So the table should support 195 lbs.
The slightest nudge may break the glass.
