tickle pens...?

everybody knows the pens Im talking about there just regualr pens with big feathery poofs on the ends, and there called tickle pens. Have any ladies ever actually tickled someone with these, did it work? Where did you tickle them? Thanks for your replies :)

No, But I have used a feather wand. I tied my man up and tickled to my hearts content anywhere I pleased. Different textures on certain parts of the body give different responses.
It drove him wild!!!
