Anyone know how to get rid of body acne?

My acne is pretty much under control, but I still get some mild breakouts, and I have a little bit of acne on other parts of my body. It's not that bad, it just bothers me. Anyone know of any like body washes, medicines, or solutions to get rid of it?

it's from dead skin crawling into your pores. find a nice rough washcloth to scrub the dead skin away. the body shop makes really good ones.

my skin cleare up the week after i bought it, doctor creams didn't even work that well.

try not to put the shower water too hot, this causes dry skin which might cause acne. also avoid wearing tight fitting clothes, take showers after sweating a lot, ect

when it happens to me (usually caused by my hormones I use those Aveno Oatmeal packets that you put in your bath water, always seems to do the trick for me.
