Vitamin A - you can get a prescription cream called retin-a that you actually put on your skin. It clears acne and if used regularly for a period of months it will give you brighter, tighter thicker skin. It will reduce fine lines and wrinkles and reduce the pores on your face - I know I use it.

Vitamin E is very beneficial for the skin. If the problem is really bad I would take 1000IU daily by mouth and use a Vitamin E moisture cream with Aloe.

Get the vitamin E gel capsules and break them open and put it where it is needed. It works. Promise. It's good to mix in your shampoo, too.
