I like to get my protein, and I try to swallow raw whole eggs chased by a glass of milk for breakfast. The eggs sort of get stuck in my throat which must break the shell. I like this habit too much to get rid of it, and since the eggs are raw, I don't actually have to cook.

Well, reading descriptions of yourself in your past questions, you seem like a rather slight man even with all this protein you try to indulge upon yourself. Perhaps you should have one of your cookies for breakfast instead. I must admit, the egg swallowing idea is pretty good. Maybe you should try buying the especially large eggs at the store (emu and ostrich might work too). These may stretch your throat so the smaller eggs will go down easier (otherwise you'll choke, but oh well).

I strongly disagree with vinegar eggs, due to the fact your eggs would taste strange, like pickles. Blahh.

You can swallow cold water to wash down the egg. If there are any bruises caused by the egg shells it may hurt because of their sharp edges. You can try a remedy for the soreness in the throat too - Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. Yuck, you are running the risk of getting a virus/disease by eating raw eggs. They have warnings at restaurants now, one is about the risk of eating undercooked meat (which if you watch the news, there E Coli, etc). Theres another warning about undercooked eggs too. Not sure what the diseases are thats possible, but there are some. I know thats how they did it in the stone age, but we didn't know better back then. Take 5 mins to cook them, the protein is still gonna be there. Peanut butter is a good source of protein too.

try breaking the eggs into a glass and checking for shell before drinking them. since the eggs are raw the white or brown shell will be easy to see.

OK this one is easy vinegar will dissolve egg shell you soak your egg in vinegar for a couple of weeks and the shell will dissolve you might have a few little bits left on the outside but you can rinse them off with water you will be left with an egg with no shell.

1. Raw eggs are not good for you (salmonella); they should be cooked.

2. Remove egg from shell and cook before eating or boil egg in shell first, remove shell, then eat.

You shouldn't eat the egg if it still has the shell! You need to just crack the egg in a glass and drink it. by the way that is totally gross but you're eating it not me. ( it doesn't take long to scramble eggs unless you don't eat scrambled eggs. )

when you crack the egg on the side of your glass hold the cracked egg in your hand that way the egg will drip between your fingers and if there's any shells it will stay in you hand.
