How can i catorize my wine collaction while also finding out when to drink them and the values of some bottes?

Really it sounds like you inherited or bought the collection rather than collected it, as you'd have already categorized and priced it as you bought.

Anyway, I'd separate the reds from the whites. Depending on how many bottles you have, you then could arrange them by origin or by wine style. Finally arrange those by bottling date, with the oldest on top.

As for when to drink them, if they're cheap drink 'em within two years. The costly ones should last as long you want.

For prices, get one of those catalogues they have at the liquor store -- usually free.
