It doesnt matter how old you are, that would be just comparing averages for you age, it's you BMI (body mass index) that you want to look at which compares your weight to your height, and also your body fat percentege is another thing to look at if your height is abnormal, really tall or short, or if you have alot of muscle.
A diet that excludes junk food and chocolate isnt specific enough either. You should have certain things you are trying to avoid, like trans fat or sugar. I can tell you that I went on a diet where i had no sugar or fructose in any form including fruits and rooted vegitables and I went from being over weight to skinny and almost under weight. But I supplimented lost nutrients with vitamins and such. So make sure that whatever diet you are on you are still getting the right amount of nutrients and have a specific goal as to what you are doing because what you may consider not "junk food" is still filled with things you may not want.

it depends how tall you are and what kind of build you have. I am 15 and i weigh at least as much as you, at 5'5". You really should talk to your doctor. (S)he can tell you if your weight is appropriate for your age and height. Also, be careful about dieting. It is alright to cut out junk foods, but if you cut out food in general, or a specific type of food, that could be unhealthy. If you want to lose weight just be careful what you eat and exercise!

obese or underweight isn't on the subject count number of your age, that's the ratio between your top and your weight. in case you weigh a hundred thirty five-a hundred forty five and are someplace approximately 5'8" tall, you're very almost perfect. in case you get under that, you will initiate finding scrawny like the countless 0.5-starved vogue fashions -- or maybe the variety industry if ultimately coming to renowned that underweight fashions are not suitable. they're putting new standards, which call for many fashions to positioned on slightly weight and re-connect the human race.

its good ur cutting chocolate and junk food but make sure not to go on a huge diet because diets make u gain weight not lose weight. when u get off the diet, ull eat as much as u cut and even more... so instead cutting calories alone, excercise (run,jog,bike...etc)

See the 5th link on this LINKS page. Put in your age height and weight and you will see what percent of girls are fatter than you and thinner than you. If you are 7 feet tall you are way too thin. If you are 4 feet tall, you are too fat.

depends on your height.
most likely, you aren't overweight.
even if you are, it's just a little.
but with every diet, you need exercise.
things like cardio [running, swimming] helps shed lbs, especially with a healthy diet.
remember, NO FASTING OR FAD DIETS.
those do not work. at all.. if yo try to skip one meal, you'll overeat at the next one, feel bad, skip another meal, overeat again, etc. this DOESN'T WORK.
just eat right and exericse and you'll be on your way to shedding lbs.

okay
if you're below 5 feet you're overweight
if you're between 5ft - 5ft 4 in. you are at risk of becoming over weight
if you're between 5 ft - 5ft 5 in you are perfectly healthy
anything above 5 ft 5in. is underweight
^^^PS. I used your weight at 140 lbs^^^

something called body mass index can tell you if you're overweight. go to this site: http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
