clearasil may work, toothpaste dabbed on at night aswell, use a non perfumed soap, and best of all go to the GP, if you are a teenager for gods sake do not pick or scratch, you will have bad skin for ever, best bet , straight to the GP, make sure you are eating lots of fruit and veg, and don't go near mcdonalds and eat rubbish, u could also try a probiotic multi-vitamin capsule every day, the wierdest but worth a try is a chinese remedy shop, they will make you a herbal packet to boil up and drink, not too pleasant I hear but does work, and 2 litres of water a day to cleanse the system.... got all that, ...! no i am actually serious find a chinese medicine shop. I shared a house with chinese people for a year and they do not like medicines, they believe in their herbs and by all accounts they seem to work.

I went to try that Freederm (til i saw the price) but there is a product a lot cheaper which is almost the same (except it doesnt have the anti-inflammatory in it, which you dont need unless its BIG acne) Quinoderm, its cheap from Boots, lasts for ages and leaves your skin sooo smooth, it shows results quickly and is just amazing!

Get some gauze and make your own facial mask at home. For oily skin use something like witch hazel. For dry skin you would need to use something like oatmeal. Wet the gauze with it (witch hazel) and place it on your face. With oatmeal or a fruit wet the gauze and place it on your face, then add the fruit or oatmeal and let it set a while. Use a hot towel first to open your pores. After mask, clean and moisturize.

This is kind of the opposite of a remedy, but make sure you are doing this: don't put ANY lotion on your face (nothing with any kind of oil in it) and try not to let the conditioner get on your face when you take a shower.

Apply witch hazel to the areas, then be sure to put SOME kind of moisturizer on your face. This will keep the skin from becoming oily again. Also, increase the amount of water you drink, it will help hydrate the skin.

Try toothpaste. It is effective at drying acne away.
Try it and see how it works. And don't feel so bas about acne. I'm sure you are just as pretty with or without them ;-0
