Take care of your skin and use glycolic and beta hyroxy acids. Always use sunscreen and never ever tan. I think pale/fair skin is beautiful. I don't think it makes you look sick. There's nothing wrong with a creamy glow.

I never knew how but, you're not alone. I think that kind of pale is gorgeous. Like Emmy Rossum's skin tone. Well, maybe you could stay out of the sun for a while and use a lot of sun block.

Don't use beta hydroxy acids. You want to use Alpha Hydroxy acids (AHAs) like a glycolic or a lactic acid (which is what is in things like buttermilk). This will exfoliate the top, darker layers of your skin off and help it renew itself faster. Use sunscreen, always, several times a day even indoors. Use skin lighteners that do NOT contain hydroquinone. Things like Bearberry and licorice root as well as vitamin C will help renew your skin.

Well, the women in china get their skin bleached like Michael Jackson...Seriously scary.
There isnt much you can do, just try to stay out of the sun for a bit.
Good luck!

Well, in the first place, don't tan. I'm afraid that's all you can do to significantly alter your natural complexion short of bleaching it, but if you're really desperate, you could try using a foundation that is ONLY ONE SHADE lighter than you would normally use. If you do that, be careful to feather it to your hairline and down your neck so it looks more natural.

Well, Buttermilk actually lightens your skin naturally. They used in back in the 'dark ages' I believe it was. You know when it was actually better for a woman to have light skin vs. skin cancer I mean a dark tan! :-P
The extreme way is over the counter skin bleachers......but don't use them if you have sensitive skin.

I have no clue, yet for me i think of tan or brown epidermis is rather alluring. greater advantageous yet! your guy or woman epidermis colour is the way God made you, so why could you prefer to alter it? i don't purely like the way gentle epidermis seems.
