Talk to the counselor at your school. Share your feelings. For some, the best resolution lies with talking it out.

I am also from New Jersey and yes it was a very tragic accident that not only took the three teens but also the driver of the other vehicle, someone's mother, wife and sister and then still there is the other young man who is still in critical condition. The not always nice lessons of life can be harsh, and as long as you live, if you are human, you will mourn, but don't mourn too long because then you will miss out on your life. If you take notice, in New Jersey alone, numerous teenagers lose their lives every year in automobile accidents and as long as there are fast cars and teenagers, there will be accidents (an irony of our advanced knowledge). To personally deal with it depends on ones views of life and death. Let the grief counselors counsel, but again, it is an individual thing, don't dwell too much on thing you have no control over, remember those who have gone one and just think, they have made the trip we all have to make, what saddens us most of the time is how that trip was initiated. If one has religion then that is one mighty hand that can help in situations like this, and while we don't want to say it, let there be a lesson learned here. God Bless.
