Well, you can do sets of lunges and squats. I started doing 4 sets of 20, 3 times a day and start noticing a difference in 2 wks. I used to wear a size 0 and now i wear a size 5,mainly for my hump. Trust me it works. The bigger you want it the harder you have to work.

hahah you crack me up man. Do squats they really blast your butt and leg presses. do 4 set of 20 with a controlable amount of weight. Hopes this helps.

just look at pro cyclists and speed skaters. massive upper legs and glutes. cycling uphill while almost standing up on the pedals gives areal blast to the glutes. I was surprised myself recently, when i found out just how much women are attracted to guys' glutes.

going up and down stairs is really good for your butt. also lay of the cheese burgers.
